Google Search Penalties Force Profiled SEOs To Assume New Identities
So, it's time for experiement # 103-B(A). I call it the 'Google's Bitch' test. We all know that I have a love/hate relationship with Google. However, this time. The game is over. Game over, Google Search. You win.
Does Google profile SEO's? Was it true when Cutts said 'If you have 200 spammy sites, we'll look hard at #201'.
Well, I'm going to find out after a small, accidental experiment yielded some FREAKY results. Yup, it was back like the old days when I setup a site for my dad for his website (no way I'm saying the URL, Cutts is all over me these days). The site I set up for him, on his account ranked right away...all pages. Further, it came out with the beautifully exploitable 'Google Newness Boost'. This is Google's algo that gives BIG BOOSTS to new sites with original content. Yessir, it was just like the old days before I was apparently profiled as an SEO/MANIPULATOR.
How I Found Out.
The Last Straw.
So, one by one, starting last year, every single site I owned and had registered under my whois info and GMAIL addy has been systematically reduced to ZERO or at least 1/2 of its original PageRank. Every one. The only site that wasn't reduced? The one where I had PRIVATE REGISTRATION. These are hard facts.
After my last deployment of a Property Management lead generation site, I got so bitch slapped that I only got about 13 pages out of 70,000 to rank ANYWHERE on Google for their TITLE tags (even SERP#100+). And, this is longtail shit, too with a matching TITLE tag and at least 1 inbound ANCHOR TEXT LINK, minimum 250 words. I should have had a lock on some of the LONGIEST LONGTAIL SHIT I have ever deployed but, nope, I've been profiled.
Wrongfully Accused At Almost Every Turn
First, Lucovsky @ Google accuses me of a DDoS attack. Then Cutts' @ Google accuses me of hacking NASA's site. Wait, there's more. Christ, I'm not even allowed to link to my other sites from the ones I own unless I NOFOLLOW the link otherwise I get dinged as 'spammy' linking. Why the fuck should Google penalize me for using my OWN WEB ASSETS to promote and increase ranking on my OWN SITES?
Once they took my PR6 away from me, I was done for. I had a great SEO life with that PR6 until they snaked it away for 'spammy links'. (Really Google Search? An 'online university' link is considered 'spammy' from a 'Plagiarism Detector Tool' site? Really? I don't think so. That's totally relevant.)

So I got drunk one night in 2006 and clicked on my ads...all of them...clickthrough rate was 1000%. Ooopsey. Tried appealing, disclosing for 3 years straight..."You're too much a risk to our advertisers," they said. Can't Google easily filter out my clicks? Nope. They won't do it. The only solution, and it's HARD to find, is to install a special REGISTRY HACK that prohibits a user's click from registering on AdSense... that means ALL OF YOUR CLICKS and as you can imagine money-minded-Google is not making this solution very public. However, here is a tool for you.
I now have to take special measures to run AdSense (which there is no fucking way I'm mentioning here.) What kind of measures? Special ones. However, now that MSN AdCenter has finally got their shit together, I'm in the process of converting all 120 sites to AdCenter from AdSense. Fuck AdSense.

So, I ran a Judge Judy fansite on youTube then all this copyright shit started heating up. My account was terminated and I am not allowed another youTube account (which they already terminated, too). Why? Because Judge Judy allows her videos to be posted but youTube blindly deactivated my account without even a copyright notification to me.
And we all know how Google LOVES to just ignore you rather than give you an answer so I appealed THREE times and received no response at all.

Yup, I guess I should have pulled the trigger and hired a paralegal to read those terms when I signed up. Not only did they terminate my affiliate status, they kept the $300 I made without PPC... all requests were ignored. Sue for $300? Nah.

I give the GARRY EGAN identity only 5 more months. I'll be changing identities at the end of this year so I can hopefully rebuild everything I have lost.
The cool news about all of this is that I get to choose a cooler sounding name to assimilate---maybe like 'McBane' or 'Dan Draper'. Or maybe, I'll change my name to Randy Fishkin.
